This amazing lady has given me an entirely new perspective on healthy living - I did 40 mins of her videos this morning and I feel amazing :) I have always loved yoga and the “buzz” you feel afterwards - so now I am going to try and be more consistent with it to let it transform my body and mind! Of course I will keep running too, but I feel like yoga is something I can be consistent with because I enjoy it so much!! Xx

          post-run pumpkin spice protein smoothie

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger
